On Wednesday 8 November a group of Open Science students will take a trip from Aarhus and Copenhagen Universities to Sweden. They are going to visit AlfaLaval in Lund who is involved in multiple Open Science projects.
The students will get an introduction to AlfaLaval and to how the science projects from university-laboratories may be applied in an industrial setting. Company visits are an important part of being an Open Science student! Eventhough, the Open Science projects are all university-industry collaborations, the projects are mainly done in university facilities. The company visits will hopefully give the students extra motivation in their projects and an idea about where they want to start their career.
Last year the students went to NEWTEC in Odense, you can read more about this visit here.
